A quieter way to begin and end the day.

The Mind Field Daily Framework Card is a single page you keep on a desk or a nightstand. Seven questions. Two minutes each. One day at a time — three to set the terrain in the morning, four to walk it back at night.

One card, then a short series of notes on using it. No selling in the first email, no daily mail, unsubscribe in one click.

The Mind Field Daily Framework Card: a printed page headed 'The Daily Practice', listing three morning questions, the four Stoic virtues, and four evening questions, closing with the line 'This day will not return.'

How it works

Three steps, then quiet.

  1. You leave an email

One field, one click. Nothing else is asked for — no name, no survey, no “what best describes you.”

  2. The card arrives

A print-ready PDF lands in your inbox straight away. Print it, pin it, or keep it open on a tablet beside the bed.

  3. A short series of notes

A handful of letters on working the framework, and word when a new Quiet Days Press title is ready. Then silence until there is something worth saying.

Your address is used to send the card and occasional notes from the press. It is not sold, traded, or handed to anyone else, and every email carries a one-click unsubscribe.

The framework

Morning sets the terrain. Evening walks it back.

Built from the oldest working parts of Stoic practice: what is in your control, what deserves your attention, which virtue you intend to embody, and an honest account at the end of the day.

Morning

three questions
  1. 01 What is in my control today? A filter, not a prompt. Pass every plan and fear through it.
  2. 02 What are my three priorities? Three. Not ten. The day only has so much room.
  3. 03 Which virtue will I embody? Pick one. Live it. Mark it.
  • Wisdom
  • Justice
  • Courage
  • Temperance

Evening

four questions
  1. 04 Where did I fall short? Named plainly, without a case for the defence.
  2. 05 What did I do well? Counted with the same honesty.
  3. 06 One thing I’m grateful for. One. Specific. From today.
  4. 07 Tomorrow’s first move. Decided tonight so the morning has nothing to negotiate.
“Some things are up to us, and some are not.”

Where it comes from

A page lifted out of the journal.

The card is the daily spread from Mind Field, distilled to one side of paper. Work it for a week and you will know whether the full thirteen-week journal is for you.

Begin

Take the card. Start tomorrow morning.

Seven questions, two minutes each. If it is not for you, one click ends it.

The card, then a short series of notes. Nothing daily. Unsubscribe in one click.
